Small-Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG) Management: I can guide you through the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) and Eskom connection processes, ensuring your projects comply with mandatory NRS 097-2-1 and NRS 097-2-3 standards.
NERSA Registration Support: I am proficient in compiling the necessary documentation for registration, including the detailed technical parameters required in Appendix A1 for Solar PV facilities.
Technical Site Assessments: Utilizing the Project Site Assessment Data Entry Form, I assist in capturing critical data such as GPS coordinates, transformer kVA sizes, and structural integrity for rooftop solar arrays.
Compliance and Commissioning: I provide oversight for the Embedded Generation Installation (EGI) process, including the verification of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and the coordination of anti-islanding and grid synchronization tests.
Infrastructure Design Oversight: I leverage our internal specifications for MV/LV reticulation, switchboard construction, and UPS systems to ensure every project meets national engineering standards, such as SANS 10142.
